PURPOSE: An automatic air exhaust system by an inverter is provided to automatically control the air exhaust fan of a smoking area using various sensors and control devices. CONSTITUTION: An automatic air exhaust system by an inverter comprises a entrance sensor(40), an human body sensor(50), a control unit(10), an inverter(20) and an exhaust fan(30). The entrance sensor senses the opening/closing of the entrance of a smoking area. The human body sensor is installed on the ceiling of the smoking area to sense the movement of a user. The control unit is connected to the entrance sensor and the human body sensor through a communication line, and operates or stops the exhaust fan or increases/decreases the number of rotation of the exhaust fan by a signal calculated by a calculating unit for calculating a sensed signal.
