PURPOSE: An array substrate for a fringe field switching mode liquid crystal display device is provided to reduce the defective gradation and the crosstalk by minimizing the coupling between a data wire and a pixel electrode during an inversion driving operation. CONSTITUTION: An array substrate for a fringe field switching mode liquid crystal display device comprises: a gate wire which is extended in one direction on a transparent substrate; a gate insulating film(115) which is formed on the gate wire; a data wire which defines a pixel region(P) by crossing the gate wire at right angle; and a thin film transistor(Tr) which is connected to the gate wire and the data wire.
