PURPOSE: An individual reject device for a blister line up device is provided to automatically supply part packing materials to a cartoner by successively stacking punched part films on a stacker. CONSTITUTION: An individual reject device for a blister line up device comprises a PVC uncoiler, a molding part, a product input part, a sealing part, an embossing part, a slit part, a releasing part, a transport part, a punching part, an arraying part(20) and a controller. A film, packing products, is rolled in the PVC uncoiler. The molding part heats and compresses the film, supplied from the uncoiler, in order to form a molding space, in which a product is input. The product input part inputs products into the molding space of the film, which is molded by the molding part. If the open side of the film is covered with an aluminum cover, the sealing part seals the open side of the film by heating. The embossing part prints characters on the cover. The slit part forms a cutting line on the film. The releasing part cools the film which passes through slit. The transport part transfers the film, passing through the releasing part, to the other side. The punching part cuts the film as a fixed size so that the film, passing through the transport part, can be packed in a packing container. The arraying part is settled on a transfer conveyor after gripping a punched part film(3) in a row. The controller is connected to the molding part, product input part, sealing part, embossing part, slit, releasing part, transport part, punching part and arraying part to control.
