PURPOSE: An electroosmosis type drug pump and a system thereof are provided to prevent drug from leaking and to be easily detachable from the human body. CONSTITUTION: An electroosmosis type drug pump comprises: a driving part(101) which stores electrolyte and pumps drug; a partition(103) which is installed between driving parts and divides the driving part into first and second spaces; a drug storage(106) which is classified into the second space and an elastic partition and stores drug; a microneedle(107) which is inserted into the skin and injects drug; electrodes(102,104) which are inserted into the first space and second space; and a power supply unit which is connected to the electrodes and sanctions voltage.
