PURPOSE: A method for managing logical channel with a smart card is provided to eliminate a problem due to an abnormal process about the logical channel by determining an abnormal logical channel based on the logical channel information. CONSTITUTION: A receiver(210) receives a logical channel acquisition request of a smart card through an application. A determining unit(220) searches a storage mean in which logical channel information is stored and determines an empty logical channel. If the whole logical channels are occupied, a detection unit(230) detects a first logical channel with an abnormal channel occupation. An offer part(240) returns the first logical channel and offers the first logical channel to the logical channel of the application. An updating unit(250) renews the information about the first logical channel in the storage mean.
