PURPOSE: A connecting substrate and a camera module includes the same are provided to improve a reliability of electronic connection. CONSTITUTION: A connecting substrate(100) includes an insulating layer(110), a circuit pattern(112), a plurality of connecting terminal(120), and a plating lead line(130). The circuit pattern is formed on the insulating layer. The plurality of connecting terminal is formed on a end part of the circuit pattern in parallel. The plating lead line is expanded to an external side of the connecting terminal which is arranged on both sides of the connecting terminals.
