PURPOSE: A biodegradable composition is provided to secure biodegradability with excellent heat resistance and tenacity and to ensure excellent moisture and oxygen barrier property. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable composition, based on 100.0 parts by weight of biodegradable polyester, 3~30 parts by weight of a polyolefin-based resin having an organic acid group and epoxy group, 0.0001~1 parts by weight of quaternary ammonium salts or quaternary phosphonium salts, and 0.0001~1 parts by weight of metal ions. The biodegradable polyester is at least one selected from the group consisting of polylactide, polyglycolic acid, polyhydroxybutylic acid, polycaprolactone, aliphatic polyester, and aliphatic-aromatic polyester copolymer.
