PURPOSE: An apparatus for forming a floor material of an elastic roll sheet is provided to improve the durability and adhesion of an elastic roll sheet by discharging residual air between the adhesive surfaces of upper and lower roll sheets to the outside. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for forming a floor material of an elastic roll sheet comprises a frame(100), upper and lower roll sheets, layer bobbins(400), a sheet bonding device(500), and multiple presses(600). The frame has a pair of settling stands(120) and multiple guide rollers(110). The guide rollers are rearward inclined. The upper and lower roll sheets are rotatably installed in the rear and front settling stands of the frame. The layer bobbins are installed in the bottom of the settling stands. The sheet bonding device presses and bonds the upper and lower roll sheets. The presses comprise upper and lower molds(610,620) and press and vulcanize the upper and lower roll sheets.
