CEREAL COMPOSITION FOR PORTION PACKAGING WITH TEA AND PORRIDGE FUNCTIONS AND PREPARATION THEREOF

PURPOSE: A cereal composition using undaria pinnatifida sporophyll and corn flakes and a producing method thereof are provided to easily pack the composition in small sized packages and to enable a user to easily eat the composition in the form of tea or soup. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of cereal composition using undaria pinnatifida sporophyll and corn flakes comprises the following steps: crushing the corn flakes; washing the dried undaria pinnatifida sporophyll 1~3times with water; extracting mucilage from the undaria pinnatifida sporophyll; mixing the undaria pinnatifida sporophyll mucilage with alpha corn starch and molding the mixture with a chopper to obtain a mixture; mixing instant coffee powder, coffee cream powder, roasted glutinous rice flour, the undaria pinnatifida sporophyll mucilage, the alpha corn starch, the mixture from the previous step, and other ingredients to obtain a first mixture ; mixing the first mixture with the crushed corn flakes to obtain a second mixture; and sterilizing the second mixture before packing.
