<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a putting-on type waste landfill site established more on an existing landfill site 1, which neither disturbs a stabilization of old pile waste 12 in the existing landfill site 1, nor damages the function of the putting-on type waste landfill site in spite of uneven settlement of the volume decrease of the old pile waste 12. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of separate mounting type disposal facilities 2 are installed planarly mutually in a separate state on the existing landfill site 1. Each separate mounting type disposal facility 2 comprises a vessel like water sealing body 21 having the required capacity able to house/pile up the waste A and a drain 22 extending from the bottom.
