A control system of kicker cylinders of a hydraulic press comprises kicker cylinders connected to a valve distributor by two hydraulic lines so that in approaching and working mode the fluid from the kicker cylinders flows through a valve distributor into a tank through one hydraulic line, and in return mode the fluid from the accumulator to the kicker cylinders flows through another hydraulic line. In the case resistance of the first hydraulic line exceeds resistance of the second hydraulic line and is adjustable, and the discharge valve of distributor is equipped with means for controlling and adjusting. The working cylinders are equipped with pressure sensors that are programmatically connected to the means of controlling and adjusting the discharge valve of distributor of kicker cylinders. |
