A method for diagnosing pyelonephritis in the children comprises Dopplerography for examining renal hemodynamics. According to the method, in the children with obstructive pyelonephritis, the parameters of the renal hemodynamics are measured in renal artery, segmental artery, and interlobar artery. The pulse index and resistance index are then assessed. |
