Here is disclosed wear resistant nano structured alloy on base of nickel of system Ni-Cr-Mo-WC including chromium and molybdenum. Also, alloy additionally contains nano dimension particles of tungsten carbide, of zirconium and cerium at the following ratio of components, wt %: chromium 18.0-40.0, molybdenum 30.0-40.0, cerium 0.6-1.2, zirconium 3.0-5.0, tungsten carbide 6.0-8.0, nickel - the rest; also ratio of chromium and molybdenum sum to nickel is higher or equal to 1. ^ EFFECT: alloy possesses higher wear resistance which increases service life of items and structures made out of this alloy. ^ 1 tbl
