A method for treating hyperplastic processes in uterus comprises the surgical treatment and the pathogenetic therapy. Intraoperatively, endoscopic diagnostics is provided with hysteroscopy. The expression of estrogen and progesterone receptors in the cells of endometrium is assessed immunohystochemically in bioptates. In the case of the impaired receptor status, the differential therapy (oral contraceptives, agonists of gonadotropin-releasing hormone, gestagens) is provided for 3-6 months depending on the extent of the disorders. |
