A method for repair of pressure pipelines through application of a muff. To place of defect of pressure pipeline one applies two-component muff in which one places an elastic plate, for instance made of rubber, at that to one part of component muff one connects a fitting at angle 45° to horizontal line and then both parts of the muff are fixed by means of bolt joint, besides that overall dimensions of the muff (diameterand length) are chosen by formulas:, (1), (2)where- nominal diameter of pipe being repaired. |
