A no-anvil hammer comprises a bed, a lower block lying on shock-absorbers and an upper block that are hydraulically interconnected by plungers, a working cylinder consisting of a piston and a rod mounted in the bed. The rod is made in the form of a set of steel fibers covered by two sleeves, the first one is built into the axial hole of working cylinder piston, and the second one is built into the upper block. Wedging of steel fibers is performed by tapered rods. |
