A process for the preparation of 2-trihalomethylpyridines of general formula:,wherein: R = H, Hlg = F (I), R - CH, Hlg = F (II), R = CH, Hlg = Cl (III), that is based on the reaction of cycloaddition of initial substances to dienes. The initial substances interact in anhydrous diethyl ether or dichloromethane while stirring at room temperature for 5-96 hours with further separation of desired products by acid hydrolysis. |
