FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device includes housing in cross slot of which the wedge-shaped blade with two cutting edges is arranged. Housing is plugged from below and equipped above longitudinal cavity with transverse stepped hole interconnected with cavity of housing, the smallest diametre of which is located on the side of blade; at that, cutting edges of the blade are directed upwards. At that, pusher is stepped, tightly inserted in stepped hole with possibility of radial movement under influence of excess pressure to the side opposite to the blade, and shear member fixed in transport position. Blade is installed into the slot so that cutting edges can be turned through the value of up to 5 relative to housing axis. ^ EFFECT: cutting reliability is enhanced. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
