TANDEM OF MACHINES FOR OPENING AND DIGGING UNDER PIPELINE OR OTHER LIKE UNDERGROUND OBJECT

Tandem of machines for opening and digging under pipeline or other like underground object relates to branch of capital repair of linear section of main pipelines and technological equipment that is used at that. Tandem includes machine for opening pipeline (MRT) 1 that includes: self-propelled basic chassis 2; two executive devices 3 that are used for development trenches at both sides of pipe; copy-cleaner 4 of pipe with removal of earth; evacuator 5 of worked-out earth; hydraulic system 6 actuating devices of which are used for control of position of executive devices, automation system 7 that is used for control and adjustment of position of machine with respect to axis of pipeline and distance from executive devices to the pipe. Tandem includes as well rotor under-digging machine (MPR) 8 that includes: self-propelled pipe-passing means 9 used for displacement of machine by pipeline; drive executive devices 10 as two screw rotors 10 with horizontal axis of rotation; cases-cleaners 13 that are located beside screw rotors 10. New is the fact that MPR 8 is in addition equipped with device 26 for evacuation of earth from executive devices 10 MPR 8 to executive devices 3 MRT 1. Due to that earth that is developed by MPR 8 by mechanisms of MRT 1 is transported to dump, that makes it possible to get rid of digging deep holes at sides of pipeline for placement of earth there. Device 26 for evacuation of earth includes fixed on cases-cleaners 13 of rotors 10 additional cases-flaps 17 of blade type that are used for closing free space of trenches dug at sides of pipeline and placed in front of additional cases-flaps 17 drive intensifiers as blade wheels 16 used for promotion of evacuation of earth from executive devices 10 MPR 8 to executive devices 3 MRT 1. Tandem is equipped with contact or contact-less device 18 for control of distance between executive devices of MRT 1 and MPR 8 and system 24 for control of velocity of displacement of MPR 8 and/or MRT such way as to stabilize distance between the machines of tandem within limits of optimal range of values.
