The invention relates to electric engineering in particular to method for producing contact connections of wire strands of conductors and may be used while mounting industrial installation control networks and telephone communications circuits ets. The method of joining conductors comprises cleaning of strand ends, laying their ends towards the same directions, when a tip is necessary, a strand is bend in a ring, tight twisting of ends and following welding thereof. Welding is performed by arc melting of the twist using a current pulse, arc voltage being such a magnitude that prevents burning. The technical result: a weld seal is formed by explosion of a melt bridge of the twist using current pulse, and metal of the weld seal in a liquid state during brief time, manufacturability, productivity, efficiency and purity of metal of the weld seal is obtained. |
