A mechanism for three-phase switch of transformer taps under load comprises symmetrically located posts, in the upper part of which stationary arching contacts are fixed with help of springs, in the middle of posts stationary auxiliary contacts are fixed with help of springs; in the low part of posts stationary main contacts are fixed. A carriage is located between posts, to which using springs a four-bar motion is attached. Movable arching, auxiliary, and main contacts are located on the said four-bar motion.
