A method for non-medical regulation of human high blood pressure, which after measuring of blood pressure, pulse rate, duration of the inspiratory duration of exhalation the patient passes to the physiological respiration in adjustable relation to the length of the duration of inhalation and exhalation of breath pauses, which runs at 2 or 4 stages with a gradual increase in the relative duration of the exhalation phase and is measured in hours with a second hand or second measuring device - Vadber- breathe, which consists of successive stages of programmable controlled breathing with variable duration of inhalation, exhalation and pause, and the number of breaths in stage that can reduce blood pressure and eliminates the need for medication in cases of transient hypertension and can be used as a component of complex treatment of hypertension. |
