Method for control of phase velocity of ultrasonic vibrations relates to control equipment and can be used for control of physical properties of materials, constructions and other objects. The method includes simultaneous excitation and emission of ultrasonic (US) vibrations to object of control in two points of object at fixed distance between those, reception of US vibrations in third point placed on object of control at one axis with points of radiation of US vibrations, measurement of phase shift of US vibrations in third point of reception at different frequencies of US vibrations in pass band of measuring channel and calculation of phase velocity of propagation of US vibrations according to respective expression. At that measurement of phase shift of US vibrations one begins to perform at the upper frequency of pass band of measuring channel with calculation of total phase shift of US signals at the upper frequency, and from results of measurements at intermediate frequencies in pass band of US transformers one adjusts value of total phase shift. The method provides increase of accuracy of determination of phase velocity of ultrasonic vibrations through multi-scale measurements of total phase shift of US signals. |
