A looper mechanism of chain stitch sewing machine has a main shaft installed in the body of the machine, crank with cylindrical pin that is fixed on main shaft, jointed connecting rod that includes body of the connecting rod to the upper part of which double-row ball bearing is pressed on. At that the connecting rod with spherical kinematic pairs is connected to the cylindrical crank pin and rocking arm pin fixed in it with possibility of control. The mechanism has additional double-row ball bearing with inner ring and a side cover fixed on the connecting rod and arranged in form of its body, to the lower part of that one additional double-row ball bearing is pressed on, to the inner ring of that one the rocking arm pin is pressed on, this is made cylindrical. |
