A wind driven power plant consists of canvas that are placed on spokes and fixed with respect to vertical power shaft that is placed inside the support, beams that are attached to the spokes, a rotary platform, at the middle of the upper part of which rack-trace is fixed, movably mounted on the support. The vertical power shaft is movably fixed to the upper part of the rotary platform, beams are spring loaded with respect to track-trace that is arranged as two-level one, axles of the canvas are connected to spokes by springy flanges with calibrated springs. There is included a control device installed immovably on support, and on beams that are arranged in &Ggr;-like form and are equipped with return springs normally to each other permanent magnets are fixed, those are installed with possibility of displacement with respect to permanent magnets that are attached to the track-trace. |
