FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of canned compotes manufacturing. Recipe components are prepared. It is cut and dried in microwave field at preset process parametres. Dandelion roots are roasted and milled. Acorns are roasted and milled. Dandelion roots and acorns are mixed. Obtained mixture is extracted with drinking water at preset process parametres. The produced extract is filtered. Syrup is cooked out of it. Strawberry and syrup are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: method allows to reduce boiled fruits content in the finished product and extend its storage life. ^ 1 tbl |
