A rotary vibration damper includes a hermetic body, end covers. In the hermetic body a rotor with fixed shaft is placed, rotary vibration damper that is fixed in vertical position by rectangular tail element of shaft of the rotor on crew section of rail vehicle and through articulation linkage is connected to unit vibrations of which are to be damped. On the fixed shaft of the rotor normally to its axis rigid rectangular plates are fixed. In hermetic body flexible rectangular plates are fixed. The hermetic body is filled with compressed air from main tank of rail vehicle through inner channels in shaft of fixed rotor. On flexible and rigid plates permanent magnets are fixed. The ends of the plates are lubricated with viscous magnetic sealing fluid. Bearings and radial gaskets are placed in end covers. The articulation linkage includes metal-rubber inserts in hinges. |
