A crusher of grain materials comprises a housing with sieves and a deck and a crushing rotor, which comprises several U-shaped clamping hammers pivotally mounted on an axle and consisting of two longitudinal and transverse bars. The transverse bar of each hammer is installed with a slope upwards along the motion of hammers and has a slot parallel to the axis of rotation, and internal U-shaped hammers. In addition to the hammers pressing masses the sieve is followed by a pair of hammers, which transverse bar is parallel to the sieve and serves as a grain pulper, and a pair of hammers, which transverse bar by rear part of its plane is bent upward from the sieve and serves as a thrower of grain mass. The internal U-shaped hammers are made in the form of a additional transversal bar fastened to each U-shaped hammer at a distance from the main transversal bar in order to provide displacement of the additional transversal bar during operation of the crusher in the area of tossed up seeds. |
