PROCEDURE FOR RECOVERY OF PIPE SUBWAY BY DRAWING POLYMER-CLOTH HOSE

FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in drawing polymer-cloth hose into cavity of pipe subway with draw device corresponding to installation for directed drilling with drilling string. On external surface of a core of the pull-in head there are made circular grooves. A press-coupling of a connecting device is used as an external coupling. Two rectangular lengthwise and diametrically opposite cuts are made on the end of the hose. Bentonite drilling agent is pumped into the cavity of the pipe subway during operation of the drilling installation. Surface of the hose is moistened with water solution of polymer additive of solution composition. When the drilling string is pushed and drawn loads are continuously measured; difference between them is accepted as load applied to the end of the hose. When there is achieved nominal value of hose strength, drawing is stopped for relaxation of lengthwise stretch of the hose. ^ EFFECT: increased allowed length of recovered section due to increased drawing load, increased strength of hose connection with pull-in head and control of pull. ^ 4 cl, 4 dwg
