FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to trimming mechanism drive system for controlled horizontal tail. Proposed drive system comprises hydraulic linear actuator 6, first hydraulic power supply system 18 and second independent hydraulic power supply system 16. Hydraulic linear actuator 6 is connected to first hydraulic power supply system 18 that feeds hydraulic power to said actuator 6 in normal operating conditions. Second independent hydraulic power supply system 16 feeds hydraulic power to said actuator 6 in abnormal operating conditions whereat first system 18 turns inoperative. Said liner actuator 6 is made up of piston cylinder assembly that comprises piston rod 7 and cylinder 8, retainer 13 to lock piston rod 7 relative to cylinder 8 in final position set before failure of aforesaid first and second systems 16 and 18. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability, reduced weight. ^ 27 cl, 5 dwg |
