A device for cutting tubular parts from a cylindrical tube comprises a clamping mechanism and a cutting unit used as a cutting roller mounted with possibility of contact with the inner surface of tube, and a counter roller located from the outer surface of tube mounted with possibility of rotation around its axis. The counter roller is located in an eccentric sleeve on a common carrier with the cutting roller so that both rollers have possibility of reciprocating motion in the same direction.
