METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF CHRONIC ANAL FISSURE

A method for the surgical treatment of the chronic anal fissure provides for dissecting the anal fissure and the restoration of the anoderma continuity with the aid of the sutures. Upon dissection of the anal fissure, the curettage of the bottom of the fissure is performed followed by pull-through of the mucous flap of inferior ampullar part of rectum by suturing the wound in the direction transverse to the axis of the anal canal.
