METHOD FOR CONTROL OF STRENGTH OF CIRCUMFERENTIAL SEAMS OF WELDED PROFILES

摘要

Method for control of strength of circumferential seams of welded profiles is in mechanical testing of samples as to cut of ledge corner seams. For testing samples in form of short sections of welded tee-beam are used, those have cross section in natural dimension, thickness of shelf and wall enough for destruction of samples by welded seams and length smaller than four legs of seam. The samples are made in usual technological mode of operation of welding equipment.
