FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: insulating compound of cavernous part of well shaft, mainly hollow and horizontal ones, includes the following, wt %: powdered sulphonated melamineformaldehyde product 38.5-49.5; curing agent (on dry basis): aluminium chloride 1.8-3.6 or aluminium sulphate 3.8-4.2, or formic acid 0.8-2.6, or chlorhydric acid 1.3-3.6; plasticising agent- mixture of dioxane spirits with mass fraction of hydroxyl groups within 15-36 wt % (on dry basis) 5.0-20.0; mineralised water with density of not less than 1030 kg/m3 is the rest. ^ EFFECT: improving inhibition and adhesion properties of insulating compound at simultaneous reduction of process risk at execution of work owing to maintaining the flow property of compound during not less than 5 hours after components have been mixed under condition of its constant mixing, improving manufacturability owing to using powdered products, enlarging reagent base and shortening the preparation time. ^ 4 cl, 2 tbl, 1 ex |
