PURPOSE: A zone based location management service system is provided to temporarily register a zone during a temporary staying period. CONSTITUTION: A registration unit(51) registers a safety zone of a traced person about a tracer. The registration unit registers a temporary staying zone and a temporary staying time. If a zone separation determination unit(52) determines the secession of the traced person terminal from the registered zone, a separation notifying unit(53) informs the tracer person terminal of separation alarm. |
