PURPOSE: A dye sensitized solar cell is provided to improve the use range of the dye sensitized solar cell by using transition metal mixed with nano particles of zirconium, gold, and platinum. CONSTITUTION: An electrolyte is interposed between an upper substrate and a lower substrate. A bottom electrode(130) is formed on the upper side of the lower substrate. A top electrode(120) is formed on the lower side of the upper substrate. A relative electrode(160) is formed on the bottom electrode. The nano particles of dye, transition metal Nb, Cr and/or Zr are formed on the surface of a porous thin film are included in the surface of the porous thin film.
