PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to suppress environmental contamination by implementing a buffer layer without cadmium. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode layer(200) is arranged on a support substrate. A light absorbing layer(300) is arranged on the rear electrode layer. A window layer is arranged on the light absorbing layer. A buffer layer(400) is interposed between the light absorbing layer and the window layer and includes a first chemical compound and a second chemical compound. |
