PURPOSE: A thin film type solar battery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the efficiency of a solar battery by long forming the path of sunlight inside a semiconductor layer. CONSTITUTION: An optical scattering film(200) is formed on a substrate(100). The optical scattering film comprises a bead(220) and a binder(240) fixing the bead. A front electrode layer(300) is formed on the optical scattering film. The surface of the front electrode layer is not formed into an uneven structure. A semiconductor layer(400) is formed on the front electrode layer. A backside electrode layer(600) is formed on the semiconductor layer. |
