PURPOSE: A membrane-electrode-current distributing assembly and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance output performance and solve a problem due to local current concentration since contact resistance between components in an electrolysis cell is minimized. CONSTITUTION: A membrane-electrode-current distributing assembly comprises porous reinforcing membrane, an ion exchanging membrane, a first current distributing plate, a second current distributing plate, a first electrode and a second electrode. The ion exchanging membrane is installed on the porous reinforcing membrane. The first and second current distributing plates are installed on both sides of the porous reinforcing membrane. The first and second electrodes are installed on both sides of the ion exchanging membrane. The ion exchanging membrane is located in the inside and on the surface of the porous reinforcing membrane and integrates the porous reinforcing membrane, the ion exchanging membrane, the first and second current distributing plates and the fist and second electrodes.
