PURPOSE: A content transceiving system using a shared channel is provided to transmit a content to a plurality of mobile terminals through the same channel. CONSTITUTION: A channel management unit(120) receives a content request from a wireless terminal(200). The channel management unit transmits shard channel(10) information for transmitting the requested content to the mobile terminals. A data transmitting unit(130) transmits the piece data of the content to the mobile terminals through the shared channel. The data transmitting unit transmits residual piece data to the mobile terminals by the request of the mobile terminal.
