PURPOSE: Sludge recycling system and method are provided to dry sludge during a raining season by drying the sludge into the optimum water content, and to economically recycle the sludge. CONSTITUTION: A sludge recycling system comprises the following: a first drying unit(100) containing sludge and a physical property improver spread on the bottom of the unit for drying the sludge into the water content less than 50%; a first plowing unit(110) stirring the sludge and the physical property improver; a mixer(200) mixing the firstly dried sludge with the physical property improver; a second drying unit(300) containing the mixture discharged from the mixer spread on the bottom for drying the mixture into the water content less than 30%; and a second plowing unit(310) stirring the mixture inside the second drying unit. |
