PURPOSE: A data output circuit is provided to easily control a slew rate without using a passive device. CONSTITUTION: In a data output circuit, a first decoder(20) decodes a pull-up code. A first decoder generates a pull-up selection signal. A second decoder(21) decodes a full down code. The second decoder generates a full down selection signal. A first selection unit(22) outputs the level of the pull up level signal. A second selection unit(23) outputs the level of the pull down level signal. An output driving unit(3) outputs output data. A driving force is determined according to the level of the pull up level signal and the pull down level signal.
