PURPOSE: A network resource adaptation type handover system, and a method thereof are provided to enable a terminal to perform handover in consideration of the resource state of a target cell. CONSTITUTION: UE(User Equipment)(110) transmits a pilot signal of a target cell, and performs handover through a cell having resources lower than a reference value in a target candidate group. Base stations(120,130) sets up a frequency band depending on the handover of the UE. Based on the resource of the target cell and the information which indicates whether or not a source cell of the UE is an inter-FA border cell, an RNC(Radio Network Controller) performs the handover for the UE. |
