摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A safety and tolerance driver implementing method, an IO driver circuit, and an IO circuit system are provided to perform operation thereof regardless of a state. CONSTITUTION: The current path is separated from the exterior voltage provided through an IO pad during safety active mode and tolerance active mode. A suitable voltage is fed back as a floating node made by the separation of the current path. A gate voltage derived from one of the exterior voltage and supply voltage is applied to each transistor of transistors serially connected. The voltage passing by each transistor of the serial transistor is controlled. The exterior voltage is changed from zero to the supply voltage value.</p>
