<p>PURPOSE: A control power generating device and light emitting element lamp controlling device using the same are provided to reduce heat and power consumption. CONSTITUTION: One end of a first resistor(R1) and the drain of a first FET are connected to one end of a phase control power source in parallel. The other end of the first resistor is connected to the gate of the first FET and the collector of a second transistor. The source of the first FET is connected to one end of a serial circuit of a zenor diode and a second resistor and one end of a capacitor. The other end of the serial circuit of the zenor diode and the second resistor is connected to the base of the second transistor and one end of a third resistor.</p> |
