<p>PURPOSE: A stress reducing rotor is provided to reduce stress concentration on a cylinder by pre-load since in high-speed rotation, interference becomes greater than before plastic deformation. CONSTITUTION: A stress reducing rotor comprises a cylinder and a reinforced ring(2). A hole is formed on the central part of the cylinder. The reinforced ring surrounds the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder. The reinforced ring is forcibly fitted into the cylinder or the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder. The rotor does not experience plastic deformation in high-speed rotation after plastic deformation by the temporary rotating at a high speed.</p> |
