PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell module is provided to variously control an output voltage by connecting two of a plurality of cells on one substrate in parallel. CONSTITUTION: A thin film solar cell module includes a substrate(100) and a plurality of cells(920,930) arranged on the substrate. A cell includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and a photoelectric conversion layer. The photoelectric conversion layer is arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode. Two arbitrary cells are physically separated among a plurality of cells. The plurality of cells include first to fourth cells which are continuously arranged. |
