PURPOSE: A color electronic picture image forming device is provided to uniformly contact the developing carriers to a rotation axis direction of a phase carries about the phase carriers. CONSTITUTION: An image forming device(11) includes a phase carriers(3a), a developing device a driving member, a first fluctuation supporting member, a second fluctuation supporting member, a first restraint member, and a second restraint member. The phase carries are formed on an electrostatic image. The developing device includes a contact unit which is contactable to the phase carries and developing carries which develops the electronic phase with a carried developing material. |
