PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to efficiently arrange a metal line by arranging a driver in the left and right of a data pad. CONSTITUTION: In a semiconductor device, a first pad(100) receives a data signal. A power pad(300) is arranged in one side of the first pad. A ground pad(200) is arranged in other side of the first pad. A driver including a pre-driver(110) which receives a signal supplied to a core region. A second driver comprises a main driver(140) for outputting a signal delivered to the pre-driver(130) to the first pad. |
