PURPOSE: An apparatus and system for controlling a drawing fame is provided to recognize sliver state and to improve sliver uniformity. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for controlling a drawing fame comprises: a linear density meter(300) for measuring linear density of a sliver; and a controller(200) for controlling output speed of a front roller using the measured sliver linear density. A system for controlling the drawing fame comprises: a back roller for inputting sliver; a front roller for outputting the input sliver; the linear density meter for measuring the linear density of the sliver; and a controller for controlling output speed of the front roller.
